Emmarentia Fighting Fit Central is a fully set up centre for Taekwon-Do & Cardio TKD Kickboxing in the boomed Marks Park Sports complex. The practice floor is approx 180sqm which includes matted flooring.

The centre is fully equipped and includes, boxing bags, paddle pads, focus pads, power pads, skipping ropes, bag gloves, medicine balls, re-usable breaker boards, bone conditioning equipment, light weights, elasticated ropes, a breaking horse (holder) and special techniques board holder.

There are also our toilets/changerooms and showers are available at the Squash Courts just metres away, the great grass fields in the complex are also used on occasion. There is also Taekwon-Do and Cardio Kickboxing equipment on sale. All with secure parking within Marks Park.
